Launched in 2021, this BEST album features tracks from his first album "Gekidokoro Kaiensoen" and second album "Kokusai Kinema Dori," as well as tracks from his predecessor solo project, Heretique Aventure, which launched in 2015. It depicts an apocalyptic story of cloned humans nesting in a futuristic city with a Gothic theme.

Nearly all of the songs have been re-recorded, breathing new life into them, and Tsukikage remixed all the tracks himself.

According to Tsukikage, the album was named "Child Prison Edition" because, "At first, I wanted something like a blue album and a red album, as long as the colors were distinct."
He thought of synonyms like heaven and hell, and decided on the "Hell Edition" because there are many songs with hellish themes. However, because the album also includes underground music in the style of Shuji Terayama (which Tsukikage calls the Horror Theater series), he decided on the more general name "Child Prison Edition."

The songs of interest include three representative songs that have been made into music videos, songs with the themes of "Horror Theater," "Freak Show Tent," and "Showa Retro," which are the main themes of Heretic - Heretic Apocalyptic Nostalgia Drama, as well as songs from the aforementioned Heretique Aventure.
