"'me and the world'" is a 1st full album by aryy, marking his first endeavor of this kind. Over the course of two years from 2021, the album was meticulously crafted by aryy alone, encompassing everything from songwriting to recording, all within the confines of his bedroom at home.

In this creation, aryy confronts himself through the album-making process, a departure from his prior approach of creating music as a means to escape the fear of society and interpersonal relationships. Through the album, he explores his inner conflicts and depict his journey of reconnecting with a world beyond himself.

Sonically, aryy interprets the musical influences that have shaped him, resulting in a unique and fresh soundscape that blends various genres such as pop-punk, indie rock, hip-hop, folk, and shoegaze. Particularly, in the fourth track,"summertime," the album features its only guest appearance by Nobuki, the frontman of the Japanese indie rock band DYGL. The song takes on a daring exploration of a previously unprecedented dreamy and modern rock soundscape.
