GOLD DIGGA presents a new chapter of adult-crafted, adult-focused rap music-
the second installment of the E.P. series "4season of Garage House"-with the advance single "NEON BLOOM feat. Kaito Mori, Need a Flex" now released.

Born from a collaborative project between GOLD DIGGA and Japan Design Inc., the track embodies the concept of "classic house music × rap = rap for adults," expressed through the lens of Japan's four seasons.
Blending the driving pulse of UK Garage with the sensibility of a beatmaker strolling through the city at night, "NEON BLOOM" marks a new direction in rap music designed for grown listeners to move to.

At the core of the sound is the "low-end maverick" GOLD DIGGA, known for his singular 808 design and distinctive harmonic language.
Drawing on a classical foundation-piano, violin, percussion-and weaving between UK and US aesthetics, he elevates his craft into the refined house grooves that define the Four Seasons series.
The beat breathes like the city itself, pulling the listener straight into its neon-lit streets.

On vocals, top-liner Kaito Mori brings a soulful sense of rhythm and a sleek, expressive tone.
His delivery-whispering "It's okay to take the long way around"-illuminates the emotional turbulence that sways within urban chaos, adding depth and warmth to the garage-inspired atmosphere.

Joining him is Need a Flex, a rapper with Japanese and Nigerian roots.
Blending elements of Rage, Pluggnb, and Glo with his unique Tokyo sensibility, he embodies the cutting edge of modern mumble rap.
His verses portray the grind of "sharpening the blade day and night until something finally blooms"-raw, sharp, yet laid-back in spirit.

The lyrical theme revolves around "a small light blooming in the night of Tokyo."
Sweat-soaked bodies, endless street corners, memories and impulses tangled in neon.
Through three distinct voices and flows, the piece captures the perseverance of those who keep walking, believing in slow but certain growth-coming together as a singular "NEON BLOOM."

A garage-rap anthem illuminating the city's nocturnal landscape,
the second chapter of the Four Seasons series arrives as the definitive next-generation house-rap crafted for the mature ear and soul.
