  Chocolat Le Melilot is a Japanese male singer-songwriter and vocaloid producer. He also makes his own illustrations and music videos. His short name is Melilot. He has been active since 2019. At first, he only contributed cover songs. It exceeded more than 50 works. In the process, he felt a strong desire to create his own unique music. on July 7, 2020, he released his first original song Dawntime Latte. (July 7 is a special day with the Japanese festival Tanabata, which is about the stars Vega and Altair.) He grew up in the countryside, in a rough town. He was unable to make friends and did not fit in well at school. He was bullied when he was in junior high school, and because of that, his lyrics are often negative. His songs tend to be either intense rock songs to express anger or calm songs such as lo-fi songs to express sadness.
