Once I get home
I can’t stand every single moment
He grows more and more
I need to kill that monster of fear
I feed him in my bedroom instead
I wish I had you here if I was visible
I was likely to call your name
But it didn’t make a sound
I know only time will cure but you won’t
Now my hands are still cold
I gotta go through all that I don’t wanna remember
Over and over
I hate myself begging for forgiveness
But I’m too sorry for my excuse
I wish I had you here if I was visible
I was likely to call your name
But it didn’t make a sound
Somehow I shut up and smile
I’m okay I’m wrong
My heart is numb
I wish I had you here if I was visible
I was likely to call your name
But it didn’t make a sound
I know only time will cure but you won’t
Now my hands are still cold

Artist Profile
Momo
Momo (Momoko Kawabata) is a singer songwriter known for her passionate piano style, occasionally accompanied by the support of violins and a band. She was born and raised in Chiba, the neighbourly prefecture of Tokyo without much influence from any friends, family or the music industry over there. She self-taught herself how to write songs, how to sing and how to play the piano, mostly relying on her ears and so Momo's unique playing style is highly influenced by this. Although she is often described as the Japanese Kate Bush or Ben Folds, she is into guitar music and live bands such as Elliott Smith, Deerhunter, Modest Mouse and so on rather than shiny piano pop music.
