Kani Ningen released a new single "Ask the Water Surface" on September 25. The album "yolkwhite" was selected for numerous playlists including AppleMusic "Jazz Scene: Japan" and "New in Alternative", Spotify official playlist "New Music Wednesday" and "Tokyo Rising".
The second single from the solo project was produced with a focus on rhythm.
The song, which develops by breaking up techno beats like a jazz improvisation, has an ambient sound at the same time.
The sound and rhythm of this piece will shake people's bodies and shock them at the same time.
The song "Ask the Surface of the Water" was performed at the Toyooka Theater Festival 2024 from September 20 to 22 in a live performance combined with contemporary dance by Unfum, a unit in which Kani Ningen participates.

    1999, born in Kyoto In 2021, began producing sound sources and working as an artist. In the same year, he released his first EP "Outbreeding", produced by invited jazz musicians, and selected for the official AppleMusic playlist. In 2022, released her first album "yolkwhite" from APOLLO SOUNDS, which was selected for the official playlists of AppleMusic and Spotify. Subsequently, he expanded his activities to stage music production and performance for exhibitions, fashion shows and contemporary dance, using a method that crosses recorded material with Beat.
