The dreams and hopes we had as children.
Now that I am an adult, have I become the person I wished I was back then?
Since when do I live without wanting something big...
But even if you haven't, perhaps the accumulation of living life to the fullest in the present is what it means to be an adult. Maybe that's all right.
We go through various days. Walking.
Because there is always a "next" ahead.
This song encourages me as an adult.
Artist Profile
Aika Honma
Singer-songwriter and actress from Niigata Prefecture. From the age of four, she attended the YAMAHA Music School and learnt to play the electone. In the fourth year of primary school, she composed her first song and realised the joy of expression. Influenced by her father, who was in a band, music became an indispensable part of her life. She moved to Tokyo in 2008 to expand her live activities. As she continued to write and compose, she established her own J-Pop and city pop. Her soothing voice attracts men and women of all ages. Released her first album Honma Aika in November 2017. 2nd album "Midsummer Ideal City -Manatsuno Resort-" released in July 2019. Monthly distribution single release from January 2021. In July the same year, released "I was happy to meet you... From now on" was used as the ending theme for TV Tokyo's "Kaiun! Nandemo Kanteidan" and the music video has been viewed more than 110,000 times on YouTube. On 5 April 2022, their third album "33 (thirty-three)" was released for limited distribution. In July 2023, they performed anime songs and original songs at the Japan Festival in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Currently active overseas as well.
