Ehime Ken, the singer who turns the charms of Ehime into songs, returns with a new single inspired by 'Kuma Kogen Seiryu Rice,' a local specialty from Kuma Kogen Town.
Located in the mountains of central Ehime, Kuma Kogen is surrounded by the peaks of Shikoku's mountain range, including Mount Ishizuchi. At elevations of around 400 to 600 meters, rice is grown in a cool summer climate, nourished by the area's abundant, crystal-clear water. 'Kuma Kogen Seiryu Rice,' made from Koshihikari rice, is one of the town's prized local specialties.
The song captures the natural beauty of Kuma Kogen through images of winds sweeping across the highlands, golden rice ears shining in the sunlight, the mountains watching over the fields, and pure water flowing through the land.
