A small record shop tucked behind a thrift store in Sangenjaya, the dusty scent of vinyl, a paper sleeve sliding across the counter, coins warming in her pocket, and the dusk-lit streets waiting outside create a quiet weekend scene where the pretense of happening to be there finally meets the silence of being known.

Performed by the fictional AI singer Akemi, the song captures the emotions of adulthood that do not fear being seen, yet refuse to drift once seen. Rather than handing over the key of a promise, she takes the record, pays in full, and lifts the needle by her own will.
Inspired by the late 1970s to early 1980s Japanese new music and city pop, the track reimagines that era urban lyricism through images of weekend record shops, evening streets, and the quiet distance held across a counter.
