Even though you should have gained, the refrigerator is overflowing.
Even though you went out to buy what you needed, on your way home you end up carrying some strange detergent and mysterious frozen food.
A convenient and advantageous era.
But the things you truly wanted were not eligible for point rewards.
Point plus double day.
The only thing being fully redeemed today is the feeling of having gained.

颯爽返品ボーイは、日常の違和感、働く人間の哀愁、そして少しだけズレたユーモアを音に変えるソロアーティスト。 名前の由来は、人生でいちばん大事なものほど返品できないという、本人いわく「だいぶ面倒くさい気づき」から。 買ったものは返品できても、過ぎた時間、言いすぎた一言、現場でやらかした判断、勢いで選んだ人生だけは返品できない。 そんな後戻りできない毎日を、颯爽と歩いているようで、実はまあまあ引きずっている。 音楽性は、シティポップ、ロック、フォーク、現場帰りの缶コーヒー感を混ぜたような独自スタイル。 派手なヒーローではなく、誰にも気づかれないところで今日をなんとか成立させている人たちに寄り添う楽曲を得意とする。 代表的なテーマは、仕事終わりの虚無感、深夜のコンビニ、返品カウンター前の沈黙、うまく言えなかった謝罪、そして「まあ明日も行くか」という諦めに近い前向きさ。 本人は自身の音楽について、 「返品不可の人生に、せめてレシートくらいは残したい」 と語っている。 颯爽としているのか、返品したいのか。 その矛盾こそが、颯爽返品ボーイの音楽である。
