時は治承のはじめつ方 東国に挙がる鬨の声
笹竜胆の旗波は 北国、南海、西海の時勢の風に力増し
揚羽の蝶を翻弄す その揚羽なる平家一門の行く末は
平清盛入道の命の灯と重なれり
さるほどに清盛入道は 病みつきし日よりして
身の熱きこと火をたくがごとく 水をまきても
あばら浮く身をほとばしり 焔となりて燃えければ
あた、あたとばかりなり
北の方二位殿は 枕辺にようよう寄りて
御有様見奉るに もはや頼み少のう見えさせ給え
この世に思い置かるることあらば仰せ給えと涙とどめず申せば
清盛入道いと苦しき息の下
我はじめ数ならぬ身にありしかど保元平治の乱よりこのかた度々の朝敵を平らげ
かたじけなくも帝祖、太政大臣に至り この世の栄華は子孫に及び
今生の望み一つとして残る処なしと申すも
ややありて 空をねめつけ体震わせ
母、池禅尼のたっての願いにほだされて 命助けしかの小童
伊豆国の流人 前兵衛佐頼朝が この清盛に 我が一門に弓引くことぞ
あな口惜しや情けなや かの首刎ね 必ず我が墓前にかけよと
身に残る力の限り言い放つ
その言の葉は入道の身を焦がす焔とともに巻き上がり
千里万里にこだまして なお 天地を揺るがす心地すれど
祇園精舎の鐘の音は 諸行無常と鳴り響き
沙羅双樹の花の色に 盛者必衰を見るごとく
宿運ここに尽きければ 蒼天をゆく鳳も
遂にむなしくなりにけり

Cyouka Ogata
13 years old, begins to play Chikuzen-Biwa. Studied under Kyokucho Mine and Kyokushi Aoyama. Studied Contemporary Japanese music by Biwa with Junko Tahara. Active in a wide variety of genres, including collaborative production of works with overseas artists and collaboration with art works. Also works the lyrics and composition of Biwa songs Aiming to deepen the classics and to portray human "feelings" in various subjects and to create works with beauty and strength. Presided over the Chikuzen Biwa Yoshino-kai. Master of Reisho-ryu Chikuzen Biwa . Member of the Japan Biwa Music Association.
