Is desire the force that drives us to live, or the power that calls for transformation?
L'oeuf's second chapter, "Libido," is now unleashed.

Nearly ten months after their debut single in October 2024,
"Libido" emerges as a work woven from emotions that sway between intensity and stillness, crafted through intricate rhythms and organic melodies.

Within the multi-layered timeline carved by twin drums, the bass pulses deep and steady like an underground current,
while the guitar slices through space, eventually drifting and glowing in the air.
This resonance pulls the listener away from the outside world, sinking them into the depths of memory and sensation.

The sequence of sounds is more than just a song-it is the wavering of consciousness itself.
What seems certain in one moment dissolves in the next, only to form a new image.
This fleeting nature is the "moment of beginning" that L'oeuf seeks, and at the same time, the "endless cycle" in which it resides.

When the music fades, what remains within you-melody, or silence?
The answer exists only in the time you spend with "Libido."

  • L'oeuf

**Twin-Drum Instrumental Progressive Rock Band "L'oeuf"** Formed in 2024, L'oeuf is an instrumental progressive rock band that centers its powerful and tight rhythm around a twin-drum setup. The band's distinctive sound is characterized by the overwhelming presence of two drummers, a bass with a driving low-midrange that delivers a heavy, resonant presence, and a guitar that subtly showcases virtuosic skill while gripping the listener's heart with its powerful sound. Although their compositions often incorporate complex time signatures, they always emphasize simple and emotionally evocative melodies that resonate deeply with their audience. The members have been involved in music in some form since their twenties, and after over 20 years of diverse musical careers, they finally came together to form this band. The name "L'oeuf," meaning "egg" in French, also symbolizes "zero" due to its shape, representing the band's philosophy of creating new music from scratch, embracing fresh beginnings.
