Glin1002
Glin1002's Vocaloid song 2nd album.
"I" begins to doubt the existence of "you", whom I keep chasing,
and attempts to prove it.
Glin1002's further evolved musical style plays the night.
Artist Profile
Glin1002
Glin1002 creates electronic music incorporating VOCALOID vocals. Glin1002 began its musical activities in 2023 with "The Voice of Flowers Seen in the Sunlight". Initially focused on instrumental music, Glin1002 shifted toward VOCALOID-centered music in 2025, using voices such as Hatsune Miku and Kasane Teto. Its sound ranges from synth-driven electropop and band-oriented music to fragile compositions and aggressive electronic sounds. Its official motto is "The Revival of Music That Crosses the Hearts of People." A defining feature of Glin1002's work is its world-building through lyrics. Recurring motifs such as "you," "I," "the world," "memory," "boundaries," "towers," and "cities" explore the individual and society, life and loss, and the questioning and reconstruction of the world. Abstract language and original vocabulary leave room for listeners to develop their own interpretations. Across its albums, Glin1002 has progressively expanded its artistic universe. *Electro Moonlight*explored electronic music with VOCALOID vocals, while *Proof of Your Existence*developed a cohesive narrative centered on the relationship between "you" and "I." *The Bell of World Genesis* explored individual identity, loneliness, and social contradictions. *Untitled* brought recurring motifs of towers and memory into a dystopian narrative, marking another milestone in its artistic development. Glin1002's work follows a recurring trajectory: questioning the world, resisting its underlying structures, searching for individual identity, examining relationships with others, and seeking to create a new world. Glin1002 operates as a musical alias under Higashikawanishi , a broader artistic identity that explores different musical and lyrical approaches. The long-term vision is for both creative endeavors to influence and enrich one another. "What is the world? What do people believe in, what do they lose, and what do they leave behind?" Through electronic sounds, VOCALOID vocals, and its distinctive worldview, Glin1002 continues to explore these questions through music.
