Like a magnet drawing close, like a needle that pierces,

left standing still - yet still moving forward.
Some souls wander.
Some stand firm.
Neither is denied.
Both are held.
Not secondhand knowledge,
but lived experience and failure
are the only true teachers.
Heavier than lies, lighter than prayer

kneeking Records
Kneeking Records is a label that expresses the journey through dictionaries in music. Founded by Yoshihiro Sato, a calligrapher, dictionary traveler, and former world kickboxing champion. Since 2013, he has read, written, and shared words almost every day. In 2025, he began transforming these works into music. The journey continues to grow. The sound spans reggae, j-pop, r&b, soul, house, gospel, funk, ska, and sometimes punk rock. It values the rhythm of language and creates music that feels natural and refined. Each piece is inspired by calligraphy and shaped into sound.
