「STILL, I CHOOSE」アルバム説明
迷っても、傷ついても、それでも私は選ぶ。
DG5が描くのは、迷いのない強さではない。
誰かを好きになること。分かり合えないこと。立ち止まること。誰かの生き方に触れ、自分とは違う色を知ること。そして、ときには何も聞きたくない夜があること。
『STILL, I CHOOSE』は、そんな人間の不完全さを抱えながら、最後には自分の人生を自分で選ぶ女性たちを描いたアルバム。
夜の孤独や恋心から始まり、ユーモア、他者との出会い、葛藤、自由、覚悟へ。『Beloved by the Sea』では誰にも縛られない海へ漕ぎ出し、『女剣士の詩』では自ら選んだ刃と生き方を問い、『私は私で』では誰かの正解ではなく自分自身を受け入れる。そして『This Is Your Moment』で、その選択を未来への一歩へ変えていく。
神崎紅葉のBLACK GRAVEL、朝霧詩音のMATURE SMOKY HUSKY、白峰陽菜のWARM SILK、橘燈花のDRY CUT、天城未来のCRYSTAL POWER。異なる五つの声はひとつに染まるのではなく、それぞれの色を残したまま交わっていく。
