TAKUMA (Founder of Neo Harmony) Based in Osaka TAKUMA is a singer-songwriter and music creator known for lyrical expression and melodies that gently resonate with the heart. His works receive support from a wide range of listeners through themes that portray the four seasons the joys and sorrows of life and the bonds between people.
