Blue Memory

Influenced by various club music such as reggae, dub, and hip-hop, futures is a three-piece band active in Tokyo's underground cultural scene. futures has begun to attract attention in the Tokyo cultural scene through a series of self-released tracks, live performances, and events. Their songs "Night Out," "Slow Beach Dub," and "Old Summer" have been well received by DJs.
The songs, which are reggae but city pop, dub but with a mysterious feeling of the sky and wind, are the result of the unique groove and chorus work of vocalist Ryo Kusuno's voice, which is reminiscent of the city pop singers of the past, keyboardist Taiji Doi, and bassist Mei Suzuki.
The first song on the album, "Sea of Love," is "Blue Memory," a song that has been on HONEY's official playlist for quite some time. As expected, they performed a refreshing but heavy city pop reggae song. They are one of the hottest artists on this album!
