This is a song about a summer day from my childhood, when I was in the third grade.

It was the day of the annual summer festival, held in my small hometown.

I still have a crystal-clear memory of it the stage, which seemed to shine so brightly to my childish eyes the taste of the shaved ice and cotton candy I shared with my friends; the sight of all our neighbors gathered together, their faces full of laughter.

Now that I'm an adult, I sometimes realize that a time like that will never come again.

But it is not just a sad thought. That warm memory, that "summer light," is something I still carry with me. I feel like it's what gives me the strength to keep moving forward today.

I hope this song can be a small spark that helps you remember a precious scene of your own-one that you may have long forgotten.
