Tokyo-based artist Myuto Morita, who began his full-scale solo music career last year, has released his new single "haikara".
Blending Morita's signature urban, playful lyricism with an open, liberating melody, the track features refreshing guitar lines intertwined with driving programmed beats, creating a dance tune brimming with the energy of summer. Produced and mixed by SPENSR - who has co-produced all of Morita's songs to date - and mastered by Maito Ota, "haikara" delivers a rush of exhilaration that sweeps listeners from the seaside to the city nightscape.
Having already shared the stage in two-man shows with singer Shodai Aratani and beatbox unit Jairo, Morita continues to perform actively, with upcoming appearances including a September show with luvis and a self-curated event featuring Taichi Mukai. His momentum is set to grow even further, culminating in a headlining concert at Ebisu LIQUIDROOM on November 18.
