The beginning of the interplay between the clavinet, the backing synth single-note riff, and the expanding piano chord. A fast BPM stepper riddim pops into the sound reminiscent of 90's UK dub reggae and New Roots, with a deep melancholy melody of reversed loop samples and strings. By incorporating breakbeats, it creates an unusual sense of speed. Then, a striking bass line appears. The upper mono is sprinkled with E.D.O.ECHO SOUNDSYSTEM's signature low-bit, eccentric effect voices and spacey SFX.
Shifts to a mid-half tempo heavy breakbeat and long tone bassline. The wolves bass undulates, and dual synth serifs begin to intertwine. Then, the stepper riddim is dub-mixed, leaving behind the wolves bass, which has an increased sense of speed, and becomes a more tightly honed and powerful sound as it heads towards the climax. Stepper dub has a sound that hints at jungle, and here is a dub sound that will never go out of style and is connected to modern bass music.

    E.D.O.ECHO SOUNDSYSTEM With a career spanning over 30 years of track production and live performance, he has explored a wide range of genres, incorporating a variety of musical elements while authentically absorbing the history of UK dub, including digital dub, new roots, jungle, and dubstep, to create an original sound. In March 2002, he formed the dub unit "E.D.O.ECHO SOUNDSYSTEM." He has focused on live performances and has developed a unique style centered on dub sounds. He has released two albums. In 2009, he opened for Lee "Scratch" Perry & Adrian Sherwood, and in 2011, he opened for Jah Shaka's Japan tour. In March 2011, miki* left the band. JINYA relaunched the unit as DUBPROJECT, developing solo live shows titled Dub Live Sets. He continues to work with sound systems and participate in live shows and recordings by various bands and units as a dub mixer, continuing to expand the scope of his activities. Since 2022, they have been releasing singles monthly. 36 titles have been released in three years.
