Storming into 2014, 10 years after forming, the Kanto-based, explosive, mix-rock band 「sloth」 breaks out with a powerful new release of 3 amazing songs.

Circle of Life - this track captures a raw, live performance that combines emotional vocals about not giving up and living one’s life to the fullest, along with a technical and heavy twin guitar performance (a high-quality sound).

Aoyama - If you close your eyes, this song conjures up an image of rain. A song that hits the heart, with a melancholy melody, and an emotional sound that builds from calm to excitement.

Pressure and Pleasure - A soccer-themed composition, and similar to the band’s previous album, it contains the combination of a powerful ensemble and the use of synthesizers, aggressive and at the same time, a style sure to be heard from bands in the near future.

The Mix Engineer is Takeshi PATCH Kitaguchi (Bazooka Studio), who has launched several famous acts onto the rock scene, including recent work with My First Story, Another Story, Locoflank, and Kamomekamome.

The mastering was done by Mitsuya Abe (Sony Music Studios), who has worked as a mastering engineer for various artists, including Ikimonogaari, Superfly, Puffy, Judy and Mary, and won the 19th Japanese Professional Recording Award (division B 2ch package and media) for pop and contemporary music.

The sound production has a dynamic, yet measured feel to it.
