Piano improvisation poet Hiroshi Kawase. This is the longest and most widely performed representative of his original works.
In September 2014, about 20 years after the composition, just before going on a one-week trip to France, I happened to find the village of Montrésor in a book of beautiful French countryside scenes, and was deeply moved when I had the opportunity to perform this piece at the Mont-Tresor castle. I was deeply moved by the opportunity to perform this piece at the Montrésor castle.
I have introduced many different arrangements of this piece on my three albums, and this fourth single release is an improvised arrangement that I performed at the end of the morning session of a concert held at the Edogawabashi Salon de Passage on September 10, 2022, which was the first time I had visited there. This is an improvised arrangement of the piece.
