Favorite Life

And,
I belonged to a disability organization and released this song as its theme song.

"Good LAC" expresses my overwhelming love for my friends.

I don't want to give up on music. I want to express myself more freely.

Two songs are packed with that.
In particular, "Good LAC" expresses my past struggles with panic attacks and not being able to accept myself, even before I received help from cognitive behavioral therapy in a visiting nurse.

I honestly wrote about that.

The concept behind the song was:
The first song is about "loving life itself."

The other song is about "the people I have are what allow me to shine."

Honestly, I still regret not being able to add these songs to my playlist, but when I listen carefully, I realize that wasn't the case.

Regarding my regret: "I wasn't fully appreciating the happiness I have now..."
