  • Joanna

    Joanna, a trilingual artist who emits empowering sounds and words, speaks Japanese, Tagalog, and English. She made her debut as a middle school student by auditioning and was selected as the ending theme singer for the TV Tokyo anime series "History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi" with the song "Catch Your Dream." Later on, she also performed the opening theme song "BEAUTIFUL WORLD" for the Nippon TV anime series "The World Is Still Beautiful." The OST albums featuring her songs achieved the iTunes second place ranking. In addition to her anime contributions, she was involved in creating game music and remixes for the overseas version of the Nintendo DS game "The World Ends with You" released by Square Enix. Some of the tracks she worked on include "Déjàvu" and "DTM - Crossover." In July 2023, leveraging her unique identity as a singer transcending borders, Joanna decided to embark on a fresh start by changing her name from Joanna Koike to simply Joanna. With the release of her debut album, she aims to establish herself as an artist who embraces her diverse cultural background.
