I wanted to add a melody to the original poem, so I wrote this.
It's just my ideal.
I want to be a writer forever.
I want to always hold hands with my "important person".
The way we perceive important people will differ from person to person, and will change depending on the situation and time.
Family, friends, lovers, work colleagues, fellow hobbies.
I wish all kinds of people would take my hand and walk with me...it's just a small thought, but it's my ideal.

Megumi Hanasaki Since 2021, after becoming ill, words began to overflow from within me and never stopped. I express poetry, words, and sound across various social media platforms. From April 2025, I began using the name Megumi Hanasaki exclusively for my lyric writing and artist activities. Poetry Music is a rare musical genre that blends lyrics, spoken word, and melody. I feel that the current music release system in Japan tends to overlook the importance of lyrics. As an artist who lives with words, I aim to share their beauty and depth, and to keep reminding people how powerful words can be. am always searching for words that can encourage myself.
