I basically made use of the "Shoujo A" stem data and remixed it with an arrangement that leaves room for pauses, makes the synths poppier, and adds more contrast and dynamics. I did my best not to break the feel of the original song as I worked on and fine-tuned the arrangement and sound design.
I also wove sequenced sounds into sections like the intro and chorus to give them a more memorable impression.
To close out the track, I applied a shallow delay to the synth in the ending.
As a child, I was captivated by the clear tones of music boxes, and from there, by the futuristic sound of synthesizers. That fascination has never left me. I began composing and designing sounds in 1990, centered on the YAMAHA SY-77, and played my first live show in 1995. After that I went on hiatus, and in 2023 I started my solo activities. I find endless possibilities in FM synthesis, which can create sound from nothing, and I create everything with DTM (desktop music production). Music-box sparkle meets 80s synth shimmer: a sound that feels both nostalgic and new. I also create remixes and arrangements with deep respect for the original songs. I'd love to hear your thoughts and impressions.
