TORUS Sound and Music
As a child, I was captivated by the clear tones of music boxes, and from there, by the futuristic sound of synthesizers. That fascination has never left me. I began composing and designing sounds in 1990, centered on the YAMAHA SY-77, and played my first live show in 1995. After that I went on hiatus, and in 2023 I started my solo activities. I find endless possibilities in FM synthesis, which can create sound from nothing, and I create everything with DTM (desktop music production). Music-box sparkle meets 80s synth shimmer: a sound that feels both nostalgic and new. I also create remixes and arrangements with deep respect for the original songs. I'd love to hear your thoughts and impressions.
