"A sound world dedicated to all life, plants, matter, and events that live in the space between the microscopic and the cosmic."
This album is mainly ambient, inspired by the texture of sound and the accidental overlap of simple ideas, and depicted with an improvisational and abstract approach.
Spores fly in the wind, attach themselves to trees and the ground, and sprout.
Whether in the microscopic world or in the vast universe, organic matter and life have a vector of "life" as if programmed into them.
What is "life"?
This is the sound world that depicts the mysterious activity from a human perspective.
The lyrically singing floating piano, bass, guitar, synth, and other tracks represent organic matter moving around in the world.
Cello on tracks 01, 02, and 06 were recorded at cellist Sasuke Mori's private studio, Komin-ka.
Cello phrases were recorded first, and then built up like a patchwork during the production process, rather than being recorded after the score was constructed as in the past.
The production method, new and various techniques, and textures were brought in to pursue a new sound.
Among them, track 08 contains marbles rolling around in a wooden tub. The minimal sound with the single-note piano adds an accent to the work.
