On the 3rd December 2021, we will release the first EP 'EP1' from Bad Pritt, an artist who focuses on cinematic music, that leans toward sophisticated electro music influenced by neoclassical school and serial art.

Bad Pritt is the solo project of Luca Marchetto who is an Italian artist that debuted by releasing his self-titled first album 'Bad Pritt' in 2018. Its vivid beat and magnificent synthesizer sound that remind you of the soundtracks of Hollywood movies and the electronica sound from Ulrich Schnauss, The Field, and Four Tet, was made up of 100% hardware instruments and is one of successful cases of music that created by mixing old devices with a new sentience.

However, the first EP 'EP1' we will release differs from the album in that it is a beautiful neoclassical work composed primarily with an upright piano and also additional instruments such as a violin and synthesizer. It includes seven songs which express one week, that is seven days, and the piano melodies played calmly and gently sound like they fill in the gaps of everyday life. Its introspective sound colour would touch the heartstrings of all fans of not only Ricco Label's artists, such as Anoice and Sontag Shogun, but also neoclassical musicians such as Jóhann Jóhannsson, Nils Frahm, and Sylvain Chauveau.

This EP 'EP1' will be released as a collaboration between Ricco Label and Italian music label, Shyrec.

This is one of those masterpieces of an impermanent, beautiful piano album, in simplicity with the theme of the losing something and its process.
