At first, the tune was released with the Compilations CD "Extreme Music From Japan" released by Susan Lowly (Mr. William Bennett's (Whitehouse) label) in the United Kingdom in 1994. This is new work from Government Alpha, who release work continuously and have performed live for about 30 years. The digital-audio-tape deck and cassette MTR used for the recording from the first activity were discarded. Finally, DAW was installed as a new workstation, and it changed to digital recording. This work is a collection of sound works changed to the new sound style. The styles of Government Alpha are aggressiveness, harsh noises, a development of cutups and collages, which have increased in use over time, and the noise to which sound overlaps with many layers. While changing to using computers, unintentionally, importance was put on editing the sound from the performance. Because this editing loses a sense of the live sound, Government Alpha dared to take in and merge it with a tune, using the live sound source as the material. This is developing the false live sound, and the reappearance of the live performance is impossible for that, and vice versa. However, because self-control of live activities continued because of COVID-19, it was a method that could be completed in work production. This may be the false live expression for Government Alpha. The new work in 2022 is the excessive electronic noise work into which harsh noise was developed.
Government Alpha is a noise artist from Japan. The artist has released many works under the independent label Xerxes, a label based in the United States and Europe since the 90s. Although the style has not changed over the years, it is still powerful. The sound pressure of the composed and recorded tunes always overwhelms the listener. Although it is a harsh noise, the constructive method containing the element of electronic music is used for the work.
