"Angkor Wat" is the third chapter of the World Heritage series by RIN & THE CONTINUUM. Inspired by the majestic temple rising from the Cambodian landscape and its reflection upon still water at sunrise, the composition captures serenity, mystery, and spiritual beauty through the intimate sound of a modern jazz piano trio.

The music begins with a solitary piano, surrounded by silence. As the first light of morning slowly appears, the upright bass and drums enter with quiet elegance, allowing the music to unfold naturally like the awakening of an ancient sanctuary.

Rin Todo shapes luminous melodies with delicate virtuosity, expressing the timeless spirit of the temple. Luca Moretti provides warm, flowing bass lines that ripple beneath the piano like reflections on calm water, while Malik Johnson adds subtle rhythmic colors that evoke gentle wind, distant birds, and the quiet pulse of nature.
