Since resuming his career as a HIPHOP writer in 2020, PAPA-KIMG has released three installments of his curated compilation series SoundSourcePool, built around his sharp musical perspective and in-depth track reviews.
As a new endeavor, he launched the Pass The Beat Project - a project in which he DIGGs for beats, passes them to selected rappers, and brings them to life as fully realized songs.
For its third installment, the project once again connects generations and regions.
The mellow and smooth beat comes from Okayama-born, Tokyo-based rapper and beatmaker SGJP.
The beat is passed to Osaka's LISM INK. affiliated rapper Plus nap, who delivers heartfelt verses over the restrained and warm instrumental.
