Her high-quality and professional performance style has been crafted from years of regular performances across Northern Japan at large-scale events, music festivals and smaller local shows. OCHIYO creates music for everyone fighting with an Identity Crisis, Mental Health and Discriminations. Her music is highly relatable and is formed from countless life experiences with unique perspectives of growing up between Japan and Australia. OCHIYO sings about life. You will leave her performance with the feeling of being hugged by her relaxing tones and comforted by her lyrics. She has earned the title of being one of the top singer/songwriters in Northern Japan with her multi-disciplinary pop creations spanning across both the digital and live spaces through music, art, radio and gaming. OCHIYO is a Japanese musician who has spent years traveling between Australia and Japan. Working as both a live musician, online musician and also a radio DJ, and after 5 years being away, and finishing 4 Japan tours, she is ready to bring her show back to Australia. In addition to regular live shows, her last performances in Sydney, in 2018, saw her become a finalist in the SMASH! X JOYSOUND Karaoke Competition, and the Grand Champion of 90s HIT International cover singer competition on the Live Streaming app UpLive. OCHIYO has released 1 album, 2 singles and an EP to date. Her EP has ranked 1st place in the Top Album category on the Malaysian and Brunei Darussalam's iTunes Store charts and 6th place in Japan. An Affiliated TWITCH music streamer with more than 1.6k followers and fans all over the world she has consistently collaborated with multiple music streamers who have more than 10k followers.
