Despite being the second most populous city in the prefecture, Yokote Station does not support transportation IC cards that are commonly used throughout Tokyo.
Using this contrast as a starting point, the song weaves in Scizor a.k.a. EnTai's personal experiences with IC cards, trains, and modes of transportation.
