新進気鋭のアーティストデュオqwertが三作目となるEP”mōjū”をリリース。メンバーのksr:3をプロデューサー、了をメインボーカルに迎えた新体制のqwertによる新作。本作品は江戸川乱歩の小説「盲獣」にコンセプトを置いた作品としている。qwertの現状が抱える不満や失跡を葛藤する生々しい感情をぶつけたリリックとジャズを軸としたトラックが生み出す独自の世界観を反映している。客演として、台湾出身のプロデューサーkilodeyやマレーシア出身のシンガー2yuを迎えてアジアを代表する作品へと昇華した。

qwert ヨーロッパで修行を積んだksr:3(キサリ)とデトロイト出身の了(リョウ)による東京を拠点とする、バイリンガルラッパーデュオ qwert。 qwertは2020年に当時DJであったksr:3(キサリ)とラッパーの了(リョウ)によるアーティストデュオとして東京を拠点に発足。ディレクション、プロデュース・トラックメイク エンジニアリングをksr:3,リリック、ボーカルは了をメインに制作するセルフプロデュース型インデペンデントアーティスト。 2021年リリースの 『spoor』は、CHILL OUTとTune Core Japan主催のCCA 2022ミュージック部門CHILL OUT賞を受賞するなど 、活動初期から国内外で注目を浴びる実力派。 1st 2nd EPから、多くの曲が、Spotify公式プレイリストである、「+81 connect」や「Monday spin」などに掲載された。 これまでも海外アーティストと積極的に制作し国境を越えて活動してきたqwertは今後も新たな世界観を音楽を通してもたらしていく。
