This EP is called [POOLS OF LIGHT] contains five tracks.
And all the tracks as an EP is created for a photo exhibition [POOLS OF LIGHT] by a photographer ephe which will be held in Florence, Italy in this June & July 2023.
Light is invisible without darkness. Means, light cannot shine without darkness.
Everyone is in some phase in their life. Some people may be in a happy moment as if they were surrounded by light. Others may wander in the dark in the face of harsh realities.

And what opLo wanted to express through this EP is that "both light and darkness are indispensable, and both are beautiful."

Many people seek only light and fear darkness. However, I think it's important not to reject the unwanted phenomenon and the negative emotions that come with it. Rather, it's fine to have them, and negative phenomena and emotions have their own beauty.
Both light and dark are essential and beautiful in their own way.

    Loop as a word is looped as opLo. opLo is an immersive digital, audiovisual artist based in Tokyo, Japan. opLo combines his music & video to create [Motion paintings with music] that provide unpredictable revelations and inspirations. To make inorganic elements organic is the theme of his music throughout his art. It always has been essential to have organic complex, irregular rhythms built by noise together with transparent, simple repetitive melodic elements featured with piano.
