Nadi Gaati Hai

Jai Maa Saraswati

A song offered to Saraswati, goddess of knowledge and music.
As she plays her veena upon the clouds, a single drop spills from the sky and falls as rain over a dry village. A sleeping river awakens, and the cracked earth turns green again. And whenever someone cups water in their hands, she sings there once more.
Cherishing our roots, flowing in our own stream, out to the whole world.
Sung in Hindi. From Japan, with devotion.
