Yoga Trainer Musician Author Producer Kenta Nakano is an international Bowspring Yoga teacher trainer, musician, and author whose work bridges body, mind, and spirit through movement, music, and philosophy. Rooted in yoga and inspired by Kashmiri Shaivism, Zen, and Tantra, his creative expression explores the dualities of light and shadow, courage and love, expansion and stillness. His 2025 release Side A Fly Out and Side B One Wave embodies a spiritual pop journey of awakening and unity.
