Kei Owada is a Japanese singer songwriter from Tokyo. She was influenced by 1970's American soul and pop music like Carole King and Joni Mitchell. She has been performing throughout Japan and appeared in shows at well-known music venues in Tokyo including Billboard Live Tokyo, and in the US, she was received well at Apollo Theater's Amateur Night (TOP DOG) in New York. She was one of the featured artists in Shinichi Osawa's highly acclaimed project "MONDO GROSSO" in 2017. In 2018, She recorded "MADOROMI" and "Closing Time" with Jon Brion in LA. She released new album "Cinematic" in 2019.
"Come Alive" is a live album, recorded with young acclaimed musicians in Tokyo, 2019.
