Sapporo-based artist Ruto Kasahara, who is attracting a great deal of attention as a new generation of R&B/soul singer, has released a new single, "Saki E" ("Ahead"). The song is a pleasant surf soul with R&B style vocals and a rhythm like a wave that comes and goes. The song is a single cut from "Sea of Love 8," a collaborative album with the popular surf compilation "HONEY meets ISLAND CAFE" and FM Yokohama's popular program "SHONAN by the Sea!
