Lyric
Ever Since
Yongsi, Ryuuta Takaki
I know it’s time
Time to say goodbye
I know it’s time
To put them all behind
But those feelings haunt me
Haunt me till I die
I don’t need you to save me
God knows I’ve tried
Oh Oh Woh
Oh Oh Woh
Oh Oh Woh
Oh Oh Woh
Ever since my father left me
Heartbreaks in my dream
Now I put them in the lyrics
Hope someday I’ll be free
Ever since I left my mother
Heartbreaks in her dream
Now I try to do her better
Hope someday she’ll be free
Darling go and take a walk
The world can offer you more
Than you thought
Now I’m across the border
Thousand miles from home
Hope you’re doing better
Thousand miles from home
Thousand miles from home
Thousand miles from home
Oh Oh Woh
Oh Oh Woh
Oh Oh Woh
Oh Oh Woh
Ever since my father left me
Heartbreaks in my dream
Now I put them in the lyrics
Hope someday I’ll be free
Ever since I left my mother
Heartbreaks in her dream
Now I try to do her better
Hope someday she’ll be free
I know it’s time
I know it’s time
I know it’s time
To put them all behind
I don’t need you to save me
I don’t need you to save me
I don’t need you to save me
God knows I’ve tried
Ever since my father left me
Heartbreaks in my dream
Now I put them in the lyrics
Hope someday I’ll be free
Oh Oh Woh
Ever since I left my mother
Heartbreaks in her dream
Now I try to do her better
Hope someday she’ll be free
Oh Oh Woh
Ever since my father left me
Oh Oh Woh
Oh Oh Woh
Oh Oh Woh
Oh Oh Woh
Ever since I left my mother
Heartbreaks in her dream
Now I try to do her better
Hope someday she’ll be free

With the R&B singer Ume featuring on "M3. Heaven or Hell" and makran rapper Shnayhon yoso on "M5. Between Blues", this EP is born to be grand-scaled.
Artist Profile
Yongsi
Yongsi is a singer, songwriter, and music producer. She was born in Guiyang, China. As a child, she was exposed to classical and early Chinese rock music under the influence of her composer mother and began composing at the age of 12. She lived abroad several times in her youth and moved to Japan on her own at 17, then majored in International Relations and Linguistics at Doshisha University. Ryuuta Takaki
Ryuuta Takaki, the Tokyo-based electronic music producer, has released a new album that takes listeners on a mesmerizing journey through Eastern-inspired soundscapes. The album is an expansive sonic epic, likening the experience to a spiritual voyage that strings together elements of Buddhism, Shintoism, and other Eastern philosophies. Drawing from traditional Japanese sounds and blending them with modern electronica, ambient textures, and hip-hop influences, Takaki's latest work delves deep into themes of transcendence and myth. Through intricate layers of sound, Takaki crafts a musical narrative that evokes the timeless and the ethereal. The album not only pays homage to Eastern mysticism but also explores its relevance in the modern world, inviting listeners to experience a meditative state that transcends borders and eras. This latest release continues Takaki's pursuit of creating music that is both spiritually profound and sonically innovative.
