Lyric

Heaven or Hell (feat. Ume)

Yongsi, Ryuuta Takaki

At the underground at 4am

Chatting to my sense

Here I go again

Maybe I’ll have someone

By my side

Till the sun goes down

Turns into the night that I like

Holding in my hands

A bottle of wine

A joint in his hands

We’re about to fly

Say you do yours

And I’ll do mine

Feels like it has

Taken us a lifetime

A lifetime we are floating

Above the Earth land

A lifetime we are floating

Above the Earth land

This is not the way

To live in hell

Try to find my way

Here in and out

Maybe not now nothing to sell

Maybe not now

Maybe not now nothing to sell

Maybe not now

Maybe not now nothing to sell

Maybe not now

Maybe not now nothing to sell

Paradise between

Heaven and earth

Floating go search

Deeper meaning Leaving Killing

Everything I’ve learned

Hell is rebirth

Hell is relearning

Everything I’ve earned

Easy money

Easy rebirth

Easy melody

Easy return

We’ve got no choice

Diving deeper

We’ve got no choice

Diving deeper

Atlantis drowning

Atlantis drowning re-gis

Atlantis drowning re-gis

Atlantis drowning

This is not the way

To live in hell

Try to find my way

Here in and out

Maybe not now nothing to sell

Maybe not now

Maybe not now nothing to sell

Maybe not now

Maybe not now nothing to sell

Maybe not now

Maybe not now nothing to sell

Maybe not now

Carry nothing on my back

(Where’s my mind murder kill)

Everything is in my mind

(All my life looked for

My heart to fill)

All the melodies that I write

(At the bottom it was all real)

They come to me naturally

(Rising up with

My heart fulfilled)

Carry nothing on my back

(Where’s my mind murder kill)

Everything is in my mind

(All my life looked for

My heart to fill)

All the melodies that I write

(At the bottom it was all real)

They come to me naturally

(Rising up with

My heart fulfilled)

This is not the way

To live in hell

    Only Human

    Yongsi, Ryuuta Takaki

Based on the question of the nature of humanity and the universe, with the unintentional awareness of "Distance in time and space", this powerful release combines enchanting vocals and emotional lyrics of the multicultural, Chinese artist, Yongsi; and the cinematic sound of the producer& label "makran" owner, Ryuuta Takaki. With the R&B singer Ume featuring on "M3. Heaven or Hell" and makran rapper Shnayhon yoso on "M5. Between Blues", this EP is born to be grand-scaled.

Artist Profile

  • Yongsi

Yongsi is a singer, songwriter, and music producer. She was born in Guiyang, China. As a child, she was exposed to classical and early Chinese rock music under the influence of her composer mother and began composing at the age of 12. She lived abroad several times in her youth and moved to Japan on her own at 17, then majored in International Relations and Linguistics at Doshisha University. In 2019, she released her first single <Where I Will> which marks the beginning of her career as an artist. Growing up in a complex environment where Eastern and Western languages and cultures collided, she was enabled to build up a unique perspective and multilingual music style. Which is often described as enchanting, dark, and unpredictable. With her plan of moving to London in September 2022, she is currently working on her new album which is dedicated to people who come from nomadic backgrounds with intense sensitivities and emotions.

  • Ryuuta Takaki

The organic ambient that dissolves the boundaries of consciousness at will, as if self-consciousness eventually becomes an island and the contours of the bay continue into the sea with the ebb and flow of the waves, represents an experiential sense of self in which the outside of the skin becomes both the world and oneself. Ryuuta Takaki's music borrows from the styles of formal genres such as club music, but he specializes in sound creation that melts and casts diverse cultural material within its context.
