The title of the album, "Humans are mosquito coils," was written by Gandhi Ishihara when he was in high school.
Writer Ramo Nakajima, who was a close friend of Gandhi's, once described the song as "an annoying song that seems to have mushrooms growing out of it" (see the website of the Nakama Hada). The only way for you to live is to give it a shot with a song" (from "It's Only a Talk Show" by Ramo Nakajima and Bunshu Samehada [Media Factory]).

    Born in Hyogo Prefecture in January 1959. In 2009, formed the band "Gandhi Ishihara & Chalka". In the same year, released the 1st album "Human beings is a mosquito coil". They appeared at the Fuji Rock Festival in the next year. The main co-stars are Omoide-Hatoba, Otsuki Kenji, Zuno-Keisatsu, Eddy-Marcon, Yuasa-Wan and others. On October 11, 2014, the 2nd album "Konkonchiki Drifting Story of an obstinate person" was released.
