Music where the forest's very breath becomes visible.

It's the wondrous power of sound that guides your heart back to the forest.
Amidst the shifting seasons, the delicate sway of temperature and humidity, the whispers of rain and wind, the voices of insects and birds -
all these converge and intertwine, like an unrepeatable symphony of nature's fleeting moments.

This sonic world was born from the profound worldview of mushroom photographer Yasuko Inoue and the tiny lives dwelling deep within the forest.
Shingo Mimura released his 7th album, "dwarves in forest."

--------------------
The "producers" in the food chain are plants, the genesis of all life. Animals, in turn, are the "consumers." Essential to the cyclical flow between plants (production) and animals (consumption) are fungi, the "decomposers" of plant and animal remains, with mushrooms being their fruiting bodies. Fungi are even thought to have influenced the very birth of life on Earth.
This grand truth has always fascinated me, and I've long wanted to explore it as a theme in my music.
When I encountered photographer Yasuko Inoue's work, a beautiful and human-like world where mushrooms are personified as inhabitants of the forest, I felt an undeniable pull, a sense that I simply had to create this album.

Experience the sounds as if standing within the forest itself, a singular symphony of nature echoing the changing seasons, the subtle shifts in temperature and humidity, the whispers of rain and wind, and the calls of insects and birds.
