    Akimuse Singer Composer Pianist Painter Akimuse was born in Tokyo/Japan, She Graduated from Musashino Academia Musicae, Department of Vocal. She is a vocalist,pianist,composer,and painter,creating a unique worldview in each of these fields,and She is active as a multi-artist. In 2000,she released her debut album [Reolima]from Tokuma Japan. In 2007,She sang the ending theme of the Japan-China co-production film [Sakuranbo] The Road with My Mother (an official invitation film of the 2007 Tokyo International Film Festival). In 2011,Her second album [akimuse](POUR-1001) (jacket photo by Nobuyoshi Araki) was released from Space Shower Network. As a vocalist, she was featured in the video work [ARAKINEMA] by photographer Nobuyoshi Araki and musician Fumio Yasuda. In 2008,she was selected as the vocalist for Nobuyoshi Araki's work exhibited at Chanel's Mobile Art" exhibition. Since 2012, she has been participating in recordings for the German Winter & Winter label as a vocalist and composer. Her most recent work for the Winter & Winter label was [My Choice - Fumio Yasuda] in 2021. In 2015, She sang the main theme and soundtrack of NHKBS Premium The Great Asian Highway . The program aired as a series for one year, and It was later aired on NHKWORLD overseas. In the same year, she sang the theme song for the French film "FULL MOON". In 2017,She exhibited her sound installation work at the Menier Gallery, London In 2021, she released her new album "Kono Hoshi no Minna ga Shiawase" (POUR-1007) on the Pourquoi label, which includes a song about reconstruction from the earthquake. The album is entirely composed and arranged by Akimuse herself, and features a special guest player, the brilliant Belgian clarinetist Joachim Badenhorst. Akimuse's songs are deeply resonant in their lyrics and melodies, conveying the unspoken nuances of the moment with the comfort of language and the color of her voice. Her lyrical pianism and unique talent as a songwriter combine to create a unique world of her own. Akimuse is also active as a glass artist and painter, and She was selected for the Japan-France Contemporary Artists Exhibition in 2006, and exhibited at the Tokyo "O Museum" and the Paris Exhibition. She exhibited with Andy Warhol and Yayoi Kusama at Gallery 80, Omotesando Hills, and She was great acclaimed.She has also held many concerts in collaboration with her works and videos.
