Menuett II

Like the Invention, the piece is assembled from a single theme and its derivative elements. It is a three-part form with a bridge before and after the middle section and before the coda, but all of them are derived from the opening theme. In the main section, there is an imitation of the theme and repetition in different key. In the coda, the real form of the theme appears for a moment and then disappears.
