Yoko
Artist Name: Yoko Also known as: Yoka Yoko-Yoka- is a singer-songwriter and professional vocal coach based in Japan. Her musical journey began in her school days when a song she composed was released on CD, sparking her passion for performing. Since then, she has sung for TV commercials, performed live shows at hotels across the country, and won major karaoke competitions. In addition to her solo career, she joined a soft rock band, contributing as a lyricist, composer, backing vocalist, and CD producer. Since 2019, she has been actively releasing cover singles. On March 15, 2025, she released her solo single Very Fine Weather worldwide. The song features her signature orchestral sound and heartfelt melodies that deeply resonate with listeners. Alongside her artist career, she has been working as a professional vocal coach since 2010 and also produces music events. Another side of her work includes being a certified international goodwill flower designer and the owner of a flower shop. She combines music and flowers in unique expressive activities, decorating events such as those at Carnegie Hall in New York and offering Japanese-style flower arrangement lessons in China.
