    DJ Beatattack, an up-and-coming beatmaker currently based in Tokyo after returning from New York, has joined A.Y.B.Force's series of distribution line-ups. Of the five 7" singles he released on his Dope Yellow label after returning to Japan, "The Pulse of 128th St", which was included on the B-side of the third one that received a particularly strong reaction, has been released on digital streaming!
    The area where he lived during his time in New York.
    This song was produced with the theme of early spring and summer, which is said to be a particularly interesting season throughout the year, and is a nice breakbeat that makes you feel as if you are walking the streets of the area while soaking up the climatic comfort with your whole body.

      12年に及ぶアメリカ生活を経て2008年に帰国、帰国直後から自身のレーベルDope Yellowを立ち上げて、アナログ7"シングルを5タイトル連続でリリースした、無類のビート・フリークことDJ BEATATTACK。「レコード収集は酒癖のようなもの」と語る彼自身のヴァイナル・ライブラリーから、埃に塗れた良質なグルーヴやドラムブレイクを独自の感性で選別、それらをAKAI MPC3000にアサインしてオーセンティックなブレイクビーツへと磨き上げてゆくその手腕には定評がある。トップ・ディガーの一人Chairman Mao、A.Y.B.のBullJunやLark Chillout、Rhuhei the Man、Kashi Da Handsomeなど忘れられない人々との出会いや、Bulljun主宰レーベルFlatrockの運営などNY時代に携わった音楽ビジネスの経験、そしてDJとしての自身の活動、それら全てを情熱に変えながら、音楽の誠（まこと）を追求するビートメイカーである。

      2003年のMATSUMOTO HISATAAKAA加入を機に、前身グループAbnormal Yellow Bandから名義を変更した、不特定多数のブレイクビーツ・ユニティ。翌2004年に解散。 解散後の2005年にP-Vineと契約、初のフル・アルバムにして未発表曲集となる『Lost Breaks』をリリース。以降Bulljunのソロ2作や、富田清、Bulljun、中井大介からなるユニットTonda Trioのアルバム、Lark Chilloutによるリミックス・ワークス、ULTICUT UPS!によるSalsoulレーベルのオフィシャル・ミックスなど、メンバー個々の作品リリースが続く。 2010年以降は表立ったリリースは無かったが、コロナ禍の2021年に突如活動を再開。オリジナル・メンバー以外のリリースも出掛けるプラットフォーム型コレクティヴとして、一年を通じてデジタル・シングルを計15タイトル連続でリリース。A.Y.B.から分派した宮崎の富田清やニューヨークのBulljunを中心とするグループも、新たにFORCE POSSEとして活動を開始するなど、本格的な再始動を果たしている。
