• SOZURI

  We are SOZURI, a reggae unit formed by WATARU, a reggae deejay from Tsuyama City in Okayama Prefecture, and HIKARI, who works as both our producer and manager. Based in Okayama, we are working with the goal of delivering our music and message to people all across Japan. WATARU has been active as a singer for 10 years, and we have released five singles through TuneCore. Most of our songs are built around emotions, experiences, and scenery connected to everyday life and human struggles, creating music that listeners can relate to in many different moments of their lives. We place great importance on honesty and humanity in our songwriting. Among the many artists out there, we continue to express ourselves in a raw and authentic way without hiding the dirt, pain, or reality of life. Our greatest hope is to create music that truly touches people hearts.
