• Hitomi Shimatani

  Born in Hiroshima Prefecture. Since her debut in July 1999, she has released a steady stream of quality works. Her ''singing ability'' that transcends genres and allows her to sing various types of music, as well as her highly transparent ''singing voice'', have been well received, and she has produced many hit songs such as "The Maiden with the Flaxen Hair," "Perseus," "Papillon," "YUME Biyori" and "Papillon.   大阪府出身。 幼少からピアノを弾き始め、96年頃から大阪のレゲエやHIPHOPのクラブで歌い始める。 2002年8月に1stシングル「The Perfect Vision」が売り上げ50万枚という快挙。 自身が主催する大型野外フェス「FREEDOM」は人気の夏の野外フェスの1つとなっている。 また、夏フェスの女王と称され2015年はフェス最多出演女性アーティストとなった。 歌手活動だけでなく新時代を切りひらく女性として、幅広い世代から支持されており、 ファッションや発信するメッセージでも多くの女性に影響を与えている。
